nearby stations warm greeting luggage storage
The hotel provides two nearby metro stations. One is just 200 meters away! and the other is about 300-400 meters. Corina and David greeted me warmly with a smile. They stored my luggage in the luggage room. It had already been taken to my room when I returned.
The hotel took a deposit from my card a day before my stay. It was not communicated. This caused problems with my bank! and it was flagged as a security risk.

metro proximity friendly greeting prompt luggage handling careful design
the hotel is conveniently situated near two metro stations, one approximately 200 meters away, and another about 300 to 400 meters. corina and david provided a warm welcome with friendly greetings. they promptly stored my luggage in the luggage room, i found it already delivered to my room upon my return. every area of the hotel showed careful design and furnishing.
The room i occupied lacked adequate soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible. this affected the overall tranquility of my stay, especially during late hours. it's something i hope the hotel addresses soon.

the staff offered immediate assistance with luggage storage and delivery to the room. i received a warm reception upon arrival. their attentiveness enhanced my experience.

though i did not have breakfast i did note the dining area was well-appointed. the breakfast setup included multiple stations with fresh pastries and hot items. staff members were actively replenishing the buffet.

my room included fresh towels daily and meticulous cleaning, the toiletries provided, like the soap and shower gel, were of premium quality. the wi-fi connection was consistently strong, it supported all my online activities. the bed provided really good comfort.

an okay experience
helpful staff free coffee small room fire alarm
i appreciated the helpful staff i found them ready to assist. free coffee at the bar was a nice perk it was available 24 hours a day.
the room felt quite small it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably. a fire alarm went off at midnight and again at six am it was disruptive and there were no health facilities to compensate.
